Grey/Gray is the new Black!
Hola fashionistas!
I know my blog seems playing, "color-color-which-color?" game. But yes, with that you could never have a boring year, till we have so many color of the year options.
We talked about Marsala and Mint, today I am gonna spread some love for the color gray, and share some amazing outfits, that you could wear this fall.
Now we already know, gray is the official color of fall, after black but this year the color overtook black, people are loving it, on their hairs, oxidized/silver accessories, silver polarized eye wear, grey cardigans, grey trenches, grey boots & glads.. phew much more.
Don't we just love Kendall (1st one) and in this her all grey couldn't be more perfect! And the second outfit is a knit dress, a must for fall. Plus Jessica Alba just does it right every time, with her preppy fashion ideas. (3rd one, and I can't stop looking at her cap toes) I just love the grey trend, like everyone else, it is interesting, mysterious and chic color!
You don't need to have every thing grey for your ensemble to look perfect, here are some effortless outfit ideas.
Its okay to have, one grey element in your ensemble, if you are bold enough you should try the first look, a sequence grey dress, with darker accessories and goth makeup. The second outfit has less of grey, so if you feel grey is less of your kinda color, try this one out, as a safer choice. Third one is a lighter grey and more silvery with its sequence, it gives the look of cocktail party dress and adding silver accessories makes it more interesting!
Remember, trends should be followed if you are eager to experiment and if it makes you happy + comfortable with the changing fashion ideas. You can't force yourself into a crop top if it clearly looks, it's not made for your body type. Here are some work wear grey ensembles.
Illustration of the week :
The lightest shade of grey for those who love white a lot, with a contrast of fuchsia purple in the outfit!
Raglan net sleeve and a belt added just above hip curve for that vintage look.
Wedge shoes added again for a vintage feel, with the stitch lines on garment, it gives a little more detail to the outfit.
Hoop earrings and flap pockets neckline.
Share the post if you love it.
I'll be back with a new thought, illustration and a new post!
...drawing the line somewhere!
